The Wanderers girls hail from all across Australia, and come together to enjoy a tour to the UK, playing matches, sightseeing and sometimes staying at the homes of club netballers. We were delighted to host them again, with many of our girls acting as hosts for a night, hopefully making firm friends across the globe, and expanding their netball family!

KCNC White (mix of 3rd, 4th & Junior teams) put on a great display of netball against the Wanderers Australia Quokkas. Despite losing 26-34 the team played with great determination against a strong Aussie side. Well done to Hollie who had a fab game at WA and Florence who was mighty in defence.

KCNC Blue (mix of 2nds, 3rds & 4ths) unfortunately had a poor first half with too many errors in the front court. Much better second half, with the Wanderers Australia Joeys running out 57-38 winners in a tough match. Well done to Ize & Freya who worked tirelessly in defence.

In the final match of the day KCNC Red took on the Wanderers Australia Dingoes in what was an epic tussle. A fabulous match showing great skill level, physicality and determination from both sides. The spectators were on the edge of their seats but the Club girls dug deep to take the win, 38-34. Some great netball from the whole squad but especially well done to Jamie who was immense in defence - interceptions galore, smothering passes, snaffling rebounds and showing huge drive through court.
